Shipping Policy
Thank you for purchasing from Painted Love and supporting a small business. I want you to be completely satisfied with my products, and will endeavour to provide a prompt, satisfactory service.
Just in case a problem pops up, please refer to the following policies I have put in place to help address any queries.
Shipping
All orders must be paid for before being posted out.
Free postage Australia-wide for orders over $140, up to 5kg with Australia Post.
$15.00 flat rate Australia-wide for up to 5kg, with Australia Post.
NOTE: Please allow up to 5-7 business days for shipping your product within Australia. Orders are processed and posted Monday to Friday, via Australia Post with a tracking number which I will send to you once the shipment has been lodged at the Post Office. Please check your order status using this number prior to contacting me if you are concerned about the whereabouts of your delivery
Orders received on a Friday will not be shipped until the following Monday.
Painted Love will not be liable for damage to or loss of goods left on your instructions at your unattended delivery address.
Damaged Goods
On the rare occasion that Australia Post does not handle my packages with the utmost care that we expect, and as a result you have received a damaged package, please let me know. If you have any concerns about the condition of your items when you receive them, please contact me within 5 business days of receipt of goods. Please note: a photo of the damaged shipment/paint is required for a refund or replacement to be processed.
You will then have the option to have the damaged paint replaced or refunded.
If the postal service loses a shipment, or there are no recent updates on the tracking ID of your shipment after 14 days from purchase, please contact me and I will begin the process of replacing your order.
Exchanges
I will accept exchanges of unopened products within 14 days of original purchase date. The customer is responsible for properly packaging and sending the products back to me, and pay the postage charges that are incurred. The products must arrive at my studio in good condition for a credit or refund to be issued to you, so please pack with care.
Workshops
If you are unable to attend the workshop that you have booked in to, please notify me via email, Facebook pm or phone message 24 hours prior to workshop time, so that your place can be given to the next in line on my waiting list. Both email and phone details are included in your workshop email sent prior to my workshops. I understand this is not always possible if you are unwell the morning of the workshop.
If you are unable to attend a workshop, and you have notified me, my policy is that I do not offer refunds on deposits for workshops booked, as I have already allowed for catering and set up, but can offer you a future workshop for the same value.
